Здравствуйте! Я хотел бы спросить и проверить информацию. Вот я устраиваюсь на работу в Англию, и уже выслал туда 500 фунтов на оформление визы (на 2 года) в Иммиграционное Бюро http://www.migrationbureau.co.uk/ сказали что она уже готова, теперь они говорят что UK Board Agency приняла политику что у каждого въезжающего в Англию должно быть 2000 фунтов, и что моим родственникам нужно отправить их на мое имя в Лондоне на адрес работодателя для так сказать страховки. Мне кажется что это развод, помогите разобраться. Вот последнее письмо от них если вам интересно. Подскажите пожалуйста!

We will like to inform you that you are to sign a Contract Agreement with your Employers lawyer in United Kingdom.
We wish to inform you that we received information from the United Kingdom Border Agency(UKBA) Head Quarter this morning that a policy was made with in the last 48 hours over Applicant(s) applying as an Employee to United Kingdom must deposit a REFUNDABLE Total sum of 2000 pounds to the United Kingdom Border Agency(UKBA)Head Quarter here in United Kingdom,register for the policy as an Employee of any company who want to work in the UK, which will be used to open an account on behalf of the Employee and to also ensure that the Employee is financially capable to take care of him/herself while in the UK as the United Kingdom Government want to cut down the level and rate of people the travel in and out of the United Kingdom and also want to cut down the rate of financial insufficiency while in the UK thus most people with such problem are turned to the street.

We have been able to make more inquiries on how to get the policy and here are the information as follows. An inquiry about deposits for all Employee was being made by us just from 08/08/2011
The first issue is about insurance policy of the British Government, the British National Insurance Policy has been reviewed and a new one has been put in place as a result of the current global financial crisis which is still hitting the UK hard. The Insurance policy mandates all Employee of any company coming to the UK to work to have a comprehensive Medical and Travel Insurance Policy. This Insurance Policy is required by the British Government before you can live and work in the United Kingdom. The new policy of the British Government on Insurance for all prospective Employee coming to the United Kingdom to live and work. It was enacted as a result of the current global financial crisis which mandates all UK bound Employee of all companies to compulsorily register for British National Insurance Scheme.

secondly any EU citizen or other countries that are applying as an Employee of a company to United Kingdom must deposit the exact amount of 2000 pounds to the United Kingdom Border Agency(UKBA) head quarters here in United Kingdom.
This policy states that every UK bound Employee must register for the British National Insurance Policy and must come with at least 2000 pounds, to the UKBA headquarters here in the United Kingdom to back up the Travel and Health Insurance. This new policy was enacted due to current global economic meltdown and the essence is to ensure that every UK bound Employee is able to have access to Medical and Travel Insurance on their own independent of their Employer when they are in the UK. Also it is to ensure that no Employee constitute a public economic liability to the government because the government is not ready to spend any money it does not have at this time of financial crisis.

This deposit is not for any expenses or expenditure, the deposit is all yours, its just a proof of your financial sufficiency.
This 2000 pound deposit is just to prove that you are able to survive on your own and you will not depend on government funds to survive and that you will not constitute a nuisance and liability during your stay in the UK.

The immigration will ask about this from you and also an invoice at the airport or all other security places and if you dont show one they will have to deport you back to your country immediately so its better to deposit the 2000 pounds so that you wont have problem with the immigrations at the airport when landing.

Payment Instruction
The money is to be sent in the name of the person closest to you, i.e,sender must be your guarantor/next of kin or in the name of any of your parent and it is to be sent to your own very name and the address of your Employer in the UK where you will be living and working or that of the immigration office can be used too since the REFUNDS will be done at the immigration office. You are to send the deposit via western union. All we need from you is the scanned copy of the western union payment receipt because we are going to present this receipt to the UKBA as a proof that you have already deposited the fund.
The UKBA will also contact western union for verification and the moment the verification exercise has been successfully carried out tomorrow, your visa will be sent to your location.Once your the confirmation as been made tomorrow, you can then go back to the western union outlet you sent the funds from to withdraw it back immediately, the money is all yours. All we just need from you at this time is the western union payment receipt showing that you are the one that will be in possession of the money(Receiver). Please note that this 2000 pounds is not to cover any expenses, it is just to show that you can live independently in the UK. Please endeavor to get across this money to me so that I can present it at the UKBA tomorrow.
Once The confirmation has been made tomorrow a receipt will be sent to your home address in Ukrain via Fedex Courier Services(Express delivery) to your postal Address.
